📋 What We Test & Why
PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease): A hereditary condition causing cysts to form in the kidneys. We perform abdominal ultrasound and bladder/kidney pathology screening. All our cats are PKD-negative.
HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy): The most common heart disease in cats. We conduct echocardiograms and cardiac evaluations with veterinary specialists. No evidence of HCM has been detected in any of our breeding cats.
DNA Genetic Panel: We screen for all known Siberian-relevant genetic markers. No genetic risk factors or predispositions have been identified in any cat in our program.
